The Charles City Riverfront Development project is a multi-stage project and is still under construction in certain areas along the river.
The most talked about element of the development is the WhiteWater recreation park. That segment is complete. Other features include an amphitheater and ravine play area. These should be complete by the grand opening on July 29.
